About Me

Hi, my name is Megan! Originally from Chicago, I am a culinary school-trained chef with a background in growing small businesses, whose love for my family recipes brought me here. Pasta One, Two, Three is a tribute to the days spent making meatballs with my Italian grandma, who taught me everything I know. 

 

Carrying on the tradition of cooking with family, my husband and toddler have become an integral part of the business as well. As our professional taste-tester, everything on the menu must be toddler-approved (yes, really!). We are grateful for the support of our community and hope to share our love of Italian cuisine with you soon!

What We Do

We know that ingredients are the most important thing when it comes to what we eat. From our Italian-sourced organic flour to the local farmers we partner with, we take sourcing very seriously. With quality ingredients, all of our food is designed to be quick and easy for an effortless and delicious meal. You can find our farmers markets schedule here. In addition to dried pasta, sauces, and prepared foods, we also offer totally customizable cooking classes.
